Job Description
Strategic Business Development: Collaborate with the Sales Manager/Managing Director to formulate and execute sustainable business strategies, driving sales growth and ensuring profitability.
Team Development: Develop, train, and coach the sales team in Malaysia and the region, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Product Management: Maintain and expand the existing building industry and product portfolio, with a focus on building technology products.
Market Expansion: Identify customer and market needs, establishing and nurturing a robust distributor network in Malaysia and the SEA region.
Collaboration: Foster teamwork with local and regional Sales Managers and appointed distributors, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach to business.
