Role & Responsibilities:

• Achieve and surpass sales targets set by the principal company and dealership.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of vehicle sales advisors, providing guidance, performance monitoring, and mentorship.
• Manage daily activities and allocate tasks efficiently among the sales advisors and administrative staff, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to track progress and ensure team goals are met.
• Support sales advisors in enhancing customer satisfaction and improving the dealership’s reputation within the region.
• Handle customer complaints directly, ensuring issues are resolved promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote car sales and related products.
• Track sales advisors’ performance in terms of appointments, follow-ups, test drives, order bookings, and registrations to ensure targets are being met.
• Ensure that all sales advisors adhere to dealership policies, including discounts, claims, and cash handling procedures.
• Oversee and assist with administrative tasks within the department as required.
• Take charge of branch operations and assist with various tasks or special projects assigned by senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven track record in automotive sales with significant achievements.
• Strong leadership, managerial, and administrative capabilities.
• Social media proficient, with a resourceful approach to generating sales leads.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, with proficiency in Mandarin being an added advantage.
