• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance and support.
• Set and achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Monitor team performance, offering coaching and training to enhance skills and productivity.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
• Ensure adherence to real estate regulations and ethical standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
