Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad in Seremban. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales activities, developing sales strategies, managing sales team performance, and building strong customer relationships within the property development industry.

Qualifications

1. Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
4. Knowledge of property development industry trends and regulations
5. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
