Your new role
In this job, you'll be responsible for managing a growing team. You'll be responsible for coaching and monitoring the sales team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business/Marketing/ Biological/ Medical Sciences/ Medical technology required
• Preferably with 5+ years' sales experience in the life science field with people management experienced.
• Excellent command of Bahasa and English (i.e., written and spoken)
• Strong business acumen, able to translate data and information into meaningful business insights and clear recommendations.
