Sales Manager

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
• Identify, target, and establish relationships with potential clients in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, including hospitals and hotels.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the operations and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of quality seafood and food products.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the seafood supply industry.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and establish new contacts.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the seafood or food supply industry, with a focus on B2B sales.
• Established network of contacts within the hotel and hospital sectors.
• A strong understanding of the seafood supply chain and market dynamics will be a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to meet business needs and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work in Klang Valley.
