Sales Manager – IT Solutions (Point of Sales Systems)

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with a passion for technology and a track record of success in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to meet individual and team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position our POS solutions effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and present tailored POS solutions that address their business challenges.
- Work closely with technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Management / Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the IT industry, preferably with POS systems or related technologies.
- 4 or more years of experience in managing sales.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and solution-selling techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Motivational speaking experience
- Proficient in English & Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
