Responsible for achieving revenue growth and profit targets
Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to meet sales targets
Responsible for the performance and development of the distributor
Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationships with potential customers and existing subsidiaries and also ensure timely revenue collection
Develop a business plan and strategy for the market that can ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets
Monitor and evaluate existing product performance, recommend and implement appropriate pricing and distribution strategies to achieve desired sales and profit results.
Provide sales forecasts, development plans and product diversification.
To ensure the products meet the customer expectations (quality, quantity, access and punctuality)
Carry out related tasks as required by management.
Required skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant fields) with a minimum 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG industries,
Highly skilled in prospecting and targeting new FMCG clients.
Strong leadership skills
Demonstrate excellence & expertise in local market & has strong existing business relations
Excellent command of English, communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Deep analytical skills and understanding of operational processes
