Responsible to achieve organization sales goals. Develop sales strategies, manage sales budgets, analyze market trends & customer sales data, increase in-store share, and sales revenues. A Sales Manager also works closely with other departments, such as marketing, product team, and customer service, to ensure that the sales processes are aligned and working efficiently. He is also responsible for working closely with customer shop front staff, updating promotion activity, product information, and taking care of merchandising corners and POSM.
All about the role:
Assists management in devising sales plans and strategies, develops forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels to ensure sales targets are met.
Build excellent business relationships with key account customers and work out smart partnerships to attain sales targets.
Monthly review with customers to report on performance versus agreed KPIs, execution of key events and product initiatives, highlighting issues and opportunities.
Handle and respond to existing product queries from clients quickly, effectively, accurately, and analytically regarding customer data.
Build and maintain effective customer relationships to foster strong loyalty.
Provide market feedback to the Key Account Manager regarding movement of goods and competitor activity.
Work with the Key Account Manager on the development of appropriate strategies for sales.
Maintenance of merchandising and planning for new merchandising projects at strategic locations.
What you’ll do:
Achieve Sales Target:
Achieve annual sales targets & goals with activities & support.
Implement marketing promotions to ensure high impact in shop front to achieve goals.
Monthly monitor & Quarterly review with key account customers.
Compare actual performance against targets, constantly review strategies to counter competition.
Conduct internal monthly reviews with the team & Quarterly reviews with dealers to update sales plans.
Monthly submission of 2 months firm plan & 2 months rolling plan to Key Account Manager.
Management of promotional plan:
Plan annual activities for key account business partners (Monthly promotions, seasonal promotions, In-store demos & joint promotions).
Work with Marketing & Product teams to obtain necessary resources to implement the plan.
Conduct evaluations & refine ongoing plans to achieve greater results.
Ensure POSM & shop front merchandising is executed according to company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for dealer trade account receivables, ensuring zero outstanding at all times.
Prepare monthly rolling sales forecasts for the Demand & Supply Chain team.
Prepare yearly trading terms & annual activities plans for each account.
Hold regular meetings with Key Accounts to identify opportunities & form action plans to achieve goals.
Implement product assortment plans for each Key Account to maximize sales & profitability.
Who you are:
2 years working experience related to Consumer Goods Marketing or Sales background, preferably in a relevant industry.
College Graduate; Marketing/Business/other related courses.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good managerial skills with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong adaptability skills and able to work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision.
Available to travel.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
