Responsibilities:

  • Manage program team execution of orders, contracts, backlog, and facilitate problem resolution across organizations.
  • Analyze potential solutions and provide information required to make appropriate decisions that ensure on-time delivery and total customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate activities with operations, production, accounting, issuing, and shipping to provide a high level of customer care.
  • Monitor and grow established business relationships.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Organize efforts professionally to meet day-to-day customer requests and follow up on commitments.
  • Assist Program Managers in the day-to-day management of the assigned accounts, and successfully communicate customer inventory demands to Rapid teams to ensure proper inventory levels.
  • Manage the interfaces between the customers' engineering/management teams and Rapid teams to facilitate the introduction of new products.
  • Ensure that all the Program Managers successfully utilize customers’ portals (if applicable) to manage OOR and other reports.
  • Maintain 100% OTD and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve all issues that affect RFQ feedback, quality, delivery, and service issues at a high level with customers.
  • Review all customers' OOR and manage difficulties with the order process. Be able to suggest contracts, Kanban, VMI contracts.
  • Manage responsibly the Finished Goods inventory for customers that have some inventory program avoiding stale inventory.
  • Respond to all CNC’s assigned to the team in a timely manner.
  • Work and develop new projects within assigned account base.
  • Communicate within assigned account base daily/weekly.
  • Monitor the Program Manager team metrics such as confirmation response time, order entry accuracy, OTD, finished goods stale inventory levels, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Oversee the capacity vs demand for each Program Manager team to manage team productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage key relationships with the selected account base.
  • Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in managing medium and large accounts (OEMs or CMs).
  • Leadership experience in sales administration/customer care environment.
  • Manufacturing process knowledge is a must.
  • Order Management experience.
  • Experience managing personnel.
