Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct and motivate the project and order management teams in Sales Department to achieve company business objectives, revenue and target growth of 10% of existing and new customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Review RFQ and periodic business review for business award and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review sales progress and share best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer specifications.
Qualifications:
Candidates with a background in Plastics Injection (Manufacturing) are preferred for this position.
