Travilion Group, a well-established property development group of companies, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join us. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team to meet sales targets, execute sales strategies, and maximize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the overall sales performance of assigned projects or properties.
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive successful project sales.
3. Build and develop strategic business relationships and partner with consultants, related agencies, and other channels.
4. Handle statutory requirements, including Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP) submission/renewal.
5. Ensure sufficient manpower for sales duties, launches, special events, and exhibitions.
6. Coordinate with bankers, lawyers, and agents.
7. Obtain End Financing (EF) Line approval from financial institutions.
8. Process payments for external marketing vendors/contractors, agent commissions, legal fees, and advertising costs.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree holders in any field.
2. Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in the property development industry.
3. Experience in property sales for landed and high-rise units is preferred.
4. Strong communicator and ability to lead a team to achieve targets.
5. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, planning, time management, and organizational skills.
