About The Role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, develop market strategies, and drive revenue growth for WENMA’s scaffolding and leasing services. This role requires strong leadership, industry experience, and business development skills, with attractive sales incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy for scaffolding rental and leasing.
  2. Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and project developers.
  4. Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Oversee pricing strategies and negotiate high-value contracts.
  6. Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budget planning.
  8. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or Construction-related fields.
  2. At least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in scaffolding, construction, or industrial leasing.
  3. Proven experience in leading a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
  4. Strong understanding of construction contracts and scaffolding systems.
  5. Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.
  7. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software.
  9. Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
