Sales Manager

Job Responsibility

• Incentive Sales Manager is providing information about travel destinations, custom make travel itineraries, obtain travel and accommodation reservations and register passengers at check-in and departure to Corp. Client.
• Tasks include:
• Write proposal and excellence presentation skills by obtaining information about the availability, cost and convenience of different types of transport and accommodation, ascertaining customers’ requirements and advising them on travel arrangements;
• Providing information about local and regional attractions, sightseeing tours, restaurants, arts and entertainment, and providing maps and brochures;
• Preparing itineraries;
• Making and confirming reservations for travel, tours and accommodation;

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree.
• Excellent hands-on skills with an eye for details.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and responsible character.
• Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
