  • Work collaboratively with the People Team to ensure effective training is provided to Community team members, and assist with training when necessary.
  • Ensure all information regarding weekly and monthly member counts is current and assist in accurate reporting to the senior team.
  • Make sure that the master tour log remains updated and that all sales leads are adequately followed up.
  • Help set sales targets for each Community Manager by communicating with the Country Manager and the senior team.
  • Guarantee the inclusion of sales metrics while managing occupancy rates, discounts, and other relevant information for each location.
  • Ensure compliance with the discounting structure across all locations, reconsidering variations for specific locations or memberships based on empirical evidence.
  • Provide administrative support for both members and the team.
  • Assist in analyzing and understanding competitive actions and how we can enhance our offerings.
  • Ensure that all impending terminations are followed up with renewal proposals.
  • Review current sales and pricing strategies for potential enhancements tailored to each location.
  • Conduct tours for leads and private offices, adhering to a predetermined maximum number of attendees.
  • Offer support to operations teams as necessary, aiming to deliver exceptional service to our members.
  • Establish and manage broker relationships and assist with broker payments and sales processes.
  • Help compile and analyze data to support market-related business decisions through constant market intelligence.
  • Ensure the team regularly checks that prices and contracts are current on all platforms.
  • Adopt a forward-thinking approach to anticipate and plan for potential challenges.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Holds a degree; a Master's or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development; prior experience in startups, coworking spaces, or related fields is a plus.
