SALES MANAGER

Advance Lube Enterprise Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of lubricants and sealants, is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time position is crucial in driving our sales strategy and expanding our regional customer base.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth prospects
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional activities
• Mentoring and supporting the sales team to enhance their skills and performance

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the lubricants and sealants industry
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market trends
• Proficient in MS Office applications and adept at using sales and customer relationship management tools
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
