Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in related fields
Department: Sales Manager
Reports to: General Manager & Sales Director
Working Hour: Monday – Saturday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
MANDARIN SPEAKER NEEDED
Timber Industry OR Wood Industry Experience Required
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
- Manage and optimize sales territories, ensuring full coverage and efficient allocation of resources to maximize sales potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders within the region.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and report on sales results to senior management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, features, and benefits.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Conduct thorough market trend analysis within the designated area to identify emerging opportunities, customer preferences, and industry shifts.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Rich experience in foreign trade and able to complete tasks assigned by the company on time.
- Strong ability to develop customers.
- Willingness to adapt to long-term business trips.
