Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
  3. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the General Manager to align sales strategies with overall hotel objectives.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in B2B sales within the hospitality industry.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
