To be responsible for sales activities in South East Asia (SEA).
Leading the Corporate Marketing and Sales Department in establishing business strategies and direction to meet the corporate objective and target.
Source for new business market and conduct market research, analyzing demands and direction to facilitate the feasibility studies of projects and development.
Work on marketing plan, contracts, budget planning and determine advertising media (e.g. website and billboards), to promote company’s branding.
Analyze market segment and technological trend to develop marketing strategies.
Analyze marketing data such as events and campaigns performance and results.
To develop annual sales plan and implement relevant marketing strategies besides analyze sales trend and results.
To project sales forecast and target customers on regular basis.
To develop new customers base and maintain relationship with current customers to maximize sales opportunity and identify new opportunities.
To provide necessary support and aftersales service to customer, or technical recommendation to customer.
To be one of the key contact points of customer and work with Engineering team to handle any customers’ issues, enquiries and request promptly, accurately and professionally.
To ensure effective ongoing support for all machines installed at customers’ side and service provided to customers is of the highest quality possible within the resources available.
To work closely with Customer Service team and Engineering team to ensure customers' requirements are met.
To demonstrate a good understanding of engineering support delivery process and practice.
To produce regular reports to the Management in a timely manner and with quality inputs.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in semiconductor related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Sales & Service – Engineering / Technical or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to travel in Malaysia and SEA.
Strong in project management.
Able to manage overall sales activities and service support team.
Result-oriented and dynamic in promoting sales with proven sales track records.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, independent, and service-oriented.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, team player and independent.
Ability to work under pressure and need to travel frequently.
Ability to work for extra hour, weekends & public holidays.
Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to liaise with associates).
