Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Restaurant and Hotel PEN MUTIARA. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies within the Batu Maung Penang region. What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
2. Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance
3. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with other business functions
5. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions
6. Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential
7. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build strong relationships and raise brand awareness

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the Sales industry
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
5. Proficient in using sales-related tools and technologies to optimize sales processes and productivity
6. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
