Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing sales support to all sales channels of direct sales teams
To provide centralized administration and operation support for sales hubs national wide
To track and provide report for coaching and counselling and performance improvement plan conducted by sales managers.
To support and assist to track all sales, cross-selling processes and customer complaint management
To perform tasks to support sales management as required from time to time
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent qualification
Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar role in sales management and in financial institutions
Good in operation and administrative management
Good interpersonal skills and skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft Power Point.
Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
