• To coordinate various administrative services such as quotation, sales order, delivery invoices data updating, records filing, including taking phone orders.
• Tracking sales orders & arranging logistics to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints, providing customer service as necessary.
• Follow up and monitor all sales cases.
• Key in purchase orders, filing, and maintaining proper records of customer purchase orders and other sales documents.
• Good personality and able to work independently.
• To handle enquiries pertaining to product, pricing, stock availability.
• Experienced in preparing documents & keeping filing.
• Must have computerized knowledge.
