This role is aimed at promoting the laboratory services of the Company and executing commercial initiatives with the objective of achieving the Company’s financial targets (revenue generation and collection).
Key responsibilities:
Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders to develop long-lasting relationships.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and continuously expand the relationships with existing customers.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, with the goal of providing the best service and resolving any issues and problems faced by customers.
Work closely with internal parties to ensure smooth delivery of services in a timely manner.
Conduct sales forecasts and prepare reports to support the Company’s commercial performance.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Key requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, key account management. A proven track record as a Key Account Executive/Manager is highly advantageous. Prior sales experience in healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospital services would be ideal.
Must be able to travel day to day within the state/region you’re assigned with your own vehicle and a valid license (travel allowance provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with doctors, hospital, laboratory & corporate professionals.
Driven by sales targets and passionate to deliver solutions based on customer needs.
