Sales Head

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all targets set by headquarters are met by all personnel in charge and successfully achieved.
• Oversee staff development and training.
• Align operations and directions with headquarters as needed.
• Attain company-set sales objectives.
• Supervise and coach a sales advisor team consisting of 10 individuals.
• Monitor follow-up activities with sales advisors and potential buyers.
• Develop and carry out monthly marketing campaigns.
• Supervise the daily operations of the showroom.
• Compile monthly sales reports for management review.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Automotive Industry is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English/Bahasa, with proficiency in Mandarin considered a plus.
• Skilled in using computers and digital tools.
• Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
