Execute, plan and manage sales strategies and promotions to achieve company and personal target.
Conduct market intelligence research and analysis to formulate strategies for business growth, evaluate customer's needs, trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Build strong rapport and relationships with existing or new potential future customers to grow and sustain sales volume and long-term business opportunities by providing value-added sales service, sharing product knowledge, and resolving customers’ issues and complaints.
Set and monitor personal sales goals and KRAs and provide regular reports to Sales Management.
Participate in other Sales & Marketing strategies, programs, and activities.
Work closely, effectively, and successfully with team members to ensure all sales strategies are executed accordingly.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess either a Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, Economics or its equivalent.
Experience in manufacturing industries, especially with Polymer, Adhesives & Chemicals sales will be an added advantage. Fresh university graduates are also encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.
Being goals-driven and customer-oriented will be key to your success in this role.
Willingness to travel for business trips when required.
Salary negotiable based on relevant experiences and qualifications.
