SALES EXECUTIVES

About the role

We are seeking talented Sales Executives to join our team at M&J KITCHEN. We specialize in luxury kitchen cabinets, ensuring the highest quality with premium hardware and fittings. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting revenue targets through effective customer engagement and sales strategies. This is a full-time role located in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the wardrobe, cabinets, kitchen cabinets markets.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
3. Generate leads, schedule appointments, and conduct sales presentations.
4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns.
7. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills.

What we're looking for:

1. Experience in sales, specifically within the interior, kitchen, and furniture industry.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers.
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
7. Possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree preferably in Sales & Marketing, Business or any other relevant field.
8. Possess own transportation and willing to travel intensively.
9. Able to communicate in Malay/Chinese/English.
