Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required; no specific major needed.
• Experience in the training industry is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and patient with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong presentation skills and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals with innovative strategies.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and attract new clients.
• Manage course sales and provide clear explanations of our offerings.
• Tailor training solutions to meet specific customer needs.
• Conduct daily calls, organize customer data, and manage relationships.
• Follow up on payments and assist customers with their learning objectives.
• Conduct follow-up visits to gather feedback and provide updates.
• Handle on-site reception, student registration, and product promotions.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve targets.
• Utilize database tools to manage opportunities and accounts.
• Build and implement strategic plans through resource management and collaboration.
