About the role
Rurutiki Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Puncak Alam, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets
• Prospecting for new leads and cultivating relationships with existing clients
• Providing outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales avenues
• Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
• Proficient in using sales-related technology and tools to enhance productivity
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
