Sales Executive / Sales Advisor (Based In Seremban, Negeri Sembilan)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads using CRM and respond to sales inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations, either in person or via Zoom/Google Meet.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Achieve personal and group sales targets.
- Assist with loan applications by coordinating with panel bankers and lawyers.
- Ensure all sales paperwork is accurately completed and submitted.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and roadshows as needed.
- Provide feedback on marketing activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in property sales is a plus point.
- Independent and proactive.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with a strong passion for sales and customer service.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 positions available, based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
