Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by promoting our products and meeting customer needs.
• Find the best product or service to suit customer’s needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts through calls, video calls, email, and face-to-face.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Participates in promotional events.

Requirements:

• Great interpersonal skills, confident, independent, positive, and sales-driven. Good team player.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Training will be provided.
