At least 2 years of relevant sales experience within the property or real estate industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and other local languages such as Mandarin is an added advantage.
Understanding of property market trends, regulations, and processes related to property transactions.
Knowledge of property sales procedures, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), financing, and conveyancing.
Familiarity with online marketing, digital tools, and social media for property promotion is a plus.
Willingness to travel for site visits, roadshows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Official Working Days: 6 days a week.
Based in Setia Alam & Puncak Alam.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle sales inquiries via various channels, including telephone, website, social media, email, billboards, banners, buntings, walk-ins, and promotional activities.
Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events to generate new prospects and leads in order to meet sales targets.
Support all sales and marketing activities and events organized by the company, including weekend and public holiday duties at the Sales Gallery or during roadshows/exhibitions.
Attend appointments with prospects, purchasers, bankers and solicitors.
Assist in organizing project sales launches, documentation, marketing activities, and promotional materials.
Follow up on and coordinate sales-related transactions for all sold properties, collaborating with end-financiers and finance departments on sales documentation and credit control.
