We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Automotive Sales Executive!

Job Description:

• To effectively promote and sell passenger vehicles to achieve sales target and the required CSI scores.
• Selling cars by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers as well as closing sales.
• Demonstrates Mercedes-Benz products to customers by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; offer test drives, explaining warranties and services.
• Preparation of the delivery handover and follow-up call on post-delivery.
• Participate in showroom duties and external roadshow events.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.
• Position available for New Car and Pre-Owned Car Sales.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field.
• Ability to network and understand customers' needs, in line with targets.
• Possess knowledge and working experience in the automotive industry will be an added value.
• Some experience in direct sales is preferred but not mandatory - we'll train the right people.
• The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Compassion for others.
• High standard - we do things the right way, no exceptions.
• Good storyteller.
• Never-quit attitude.
