Company Overview

Our client is a diversified and global leader in the design and manufacture of roofing and waterproofing solutions in MNC. As a result of business expansions, they are looking for a Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct report to the Senior Sales Manager East Coast.
• Manage the B2B and B2C segments of customers in Pahang.
• Provide roofing solutions to developers, contractors, and stockists in the designated segment.
• Handle sales from lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiation of price, and closing the sale.
• Follow up with after-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction for continuous order generation.
• Manage and handle complaints raised by developers, contractors, and stockists by providing reasonable solutions that generate win-win situations for all parties.
• Conduct market intelligence activities including understanding market and customer behavior, competitor activity, promotion, and pricing strategy.

Requirements to Succeed:

• Minimum Degree holder in Business Administration with at least 3 to 5 years of working experience preferable.
• Experience in handling B2B and B2C segments and in sales or has product knowledge.
• Ability to communicate well with high negotiation and influencing skills.
• Self-discipline and ability to work independently.
• Leadership quality and team player.
