Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Employment Location: Pulau Indah, Klang
Salary Package: RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 (Full package with Travel Allowance RM 500 + Attendance Allowance RM 100)
Working Days: Mon – Fri
Working Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop and identify new sales prospects while maintaining existing market share.
2. Develop sales forecasts, product, and territory potentials.
3. Gather market information for steel prices, market demand, latest projects, etc.
4. Take part in/coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
5. Handle all enquiries from customers, agents, and forwarders.
6. Update the status of sales orders in the database and generate Sales Contracts.
7. Involve in activities such as sales, delivery, payment, customer claims, and services.
8. Build good rapport with existing customers, visiting them often to ensure satisfaction with the company.
9. Update weekly/monthly Sales Plan and Delivery Plan.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a sales role.
2. Minimum Diploma.
3. Mandarin speaker, with good English skills for liaising with the Korean Director. Occasionally required to make presentations if customers visit the office.
4. Clean criminal record.
5. Punctual, physically & mentally fit.
6. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
7. Willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.
