Job Description

Join AHI Lifts (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP), as a Sales Executive. Based in Klang Valley, you will drive sales of AHI Lifts’ innovative products, including Quick Lift for Low-Level Access and Ladder Replacement, and Up-Lift for Vertical Access Man Lifts, across industries like facility management, maintenance, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research: Identify potential clients and market opportunities in Malaysia especially Klang Valley, targeting industries like manufacturing, facility management, public facilities, and events.
  2. Promote AHI Lifts Brands: Highlight the benefits and applications of AHI’s Quick Lift and Up-Lift ranges, showcasing their safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness for low-level and vertical access tasks.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations emphasizing AHI Lifts’ role in ladder replacement, low-level access, and vertical access safety solutions.
  5. Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional after-sales service and long-term partnership building.
  6. Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on local and international safety standards (OSHA, DOSH, HSEQ) to position AHI Lifts as a compliant and reliable provider.

Qualifications

  1. SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holders.
  2. Proven sales experience, preferably in facility management or industrial equipment sectors.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Strong ability to research and understand client requirements.
  5. Be willing to travel across Malaysia for client meetings and market exploration.
  6. Familiarity with safety regulations and MEWP applications is an advantage.
