Job Responsibilities
1. Promote and sell Powertechnic's portfolio of lifting products / systems for overhead crane, table lifters, dock leveler, customized lifting system, hi-speed industrial doors, premium goods hoist and premium homelifts.
2. Offer customized / tailored solutions plus technical advice on production selection plus usage.
3. Forecast sales & trends plus develop effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies to hit yearly sales target.
4. Maintain good customer relationship for current Powertechnic customers and work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations to attract new customer growth.
5. Assist in data compilation and prepare regular reports for Sales Head to review.
6. Monitor competition by gathering market information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques and extract data for a stronger drive in gaining a competitive edge.
7. Follow up on payments and collections whenever possible while building a strong relationship with customers.

Job Requirements
1. Fresh graduates from Diploma or Degree programs in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or other relevant fields are welcome to apply. Seasoned experienced Sales Executives are encouraged to apply.
2. Sales Executives who are familiar with or have previously done sales for lifting machinery/equipment are highly sought after.
3. Excellent communication skills are a must, as this role involves interacting with clients and collaborating with internal teams such as engineers, production, and procurement.
4. The Sales Executive should be prepared for travel and sales pitches to grow the company's name/reputation.
5. Results-driven, resourceful, and strong sales focus with dynamic enthusiasm in closing deals with potential clients/customers.
6. Able to learn, guide, and work with colleagues (fresh, intermediate, or senior staff) for professional business growth.
7. Ability to speak Mandarin will be a great strength and advantage.
