Job description
  • Consult & Advise – Offer expert guidance on space planning, materials, and design concepts to create solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Drive Sales Performance – Close deals effectively, meet and exceed sales targets, and enjoy a rewarding commission structure.
  • Lead Generation & Networking – Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and various outreach strategies.
  • Sales Documentation & Coordination – Prepare sales quotations, process orders, and handle necessary documentation to ensure a seamless transaction.
  • Project Management – Oversee design and renovation progress, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Customer Experience – Work closely with the installation team and other departments to ensure smooth project execution, reinforcing a positive brand reputation.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or interior design role, preferably in the kitchen or home furnishings industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen design principles, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as AI House, KD Max, 3D Illustrator, SketchUp, or any other similar software, to create visually appealing and technically accurate designs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable client experiences.
