Sales Executive (Inside Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads and manage sales inquiries, presentations, and closures, including attending to potential customers and follow-up cases.
• Responsible for the collection of payments.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for respective projects.
• Contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies to achieve agreed sales targets.
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Support the assigned event.
• Conduct reminder calls for pre-event and post-event follow-up.
• Provide individual sales reports and forecasts.
• Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Be result-oriented, motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and be a strong team player.
• Able to multi-task with a strong initiative to learn. Self-motivated, with a POSITIVE working attitude.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin clearly.

Remuneration:
MYR 2,300 - MYR 2,800 + Commissions

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm
