Sales Executive (Industrial), Penang

• Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office for monthly analysis reports.
• Good communication & organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities (Sales Executive/Field):

• Ensure customer retention and profitability.
• Assume responsibility for purchasing, reconditioning, displaying, and merchandising the used truck inventory.
• Prepare sales-related tasks with established company guidelines, follow up & attend to existing customers.
• Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
• Develop and maintain outside sources (wholesalers and retailers) for both buying and selling units. Handle customer complaints immediately and according to corporate guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Other duties beyond this representative listing may be assigned to the job scope of this position based on company needs.

Job Responsibilities (Sales Executive/Indoor):

• Leads generated through cold calling and passed to respective Sales Executive (Field).
• Functional reporting structure – split by reseller channel & direct sales channel.
• Leads handed/referred to Sales Executive (Field) with valid quotation generated.
