Sales Executive (Genting Highlands/Langkawi)

As a Sales Executive, your main role is an intermediary between the organization and its clients. Sales Executive responsibilities include attending prospects and providing guidance to buyers and homeowners.

• To provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Attend to all prospects in property gallery, property exhibition, roadshow, etc.
• Actively source and meet potential prospects for sales closure.
• Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects in the property industry.
• Update weekly/monthly sales reports & perform related work as assigned.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

• A high school diploma (SPM/STPM) is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson / property developer background.
• Street savvy, independent, and a Go-Getter attitude capable of achieving high performance sales results.
• Excellent product knowledge & strategic prospecting with superb negotiation & communication skills.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage, as staff will be dealing with foreign investors.
• Must be willing to work 5.5 days a week.
• Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Genting Highlands or Langkawi.
