Cizen is the leading wholesaler for paint, hardware, tools and machineries in Malaysia. We provide supply & apply painting services to households and projects. We are also the lowest cost solution & fastest delivery service for hardware/other retail shops & end users.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Promote products, services, and solutions to customers through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage relationships with customers
  • Monitor collections to ensure customer payment is received within an agreed term

Qualifications & experience:

  • Minimum SPM and above
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication, influencing and networking skills
  • Willing to travel to meet customers daily
  • Fluent in Chinese is an advantage

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at CIZEN SDN BHD in Bayan Lepas. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Sales Target Achievement and Contract Negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in sales or a related field
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
