Job Description: Sales Executive for skin care/ cosmetic packaging product.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets by promoting our products/services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, emails, shows, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.).
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
  3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct product/service demonstrations, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals to close sales.
  4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  5. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals set by the company.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of proven sales experience (B2B/B2C). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with persuasive negotiation abilities.
  4. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams).
  5. Self-Motivated: Highly driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  6. Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings & exhibitions, if required.
  7. Experience in the plastic injection industry is a plus.

  1. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  2. Ability to handle rejection and persist in a competitive environment.
  3. Knowledge of the industry and product/service being sold is a plus.
  4. Independent and able to demonstrate presentations to clients.
