Job description

Your role as Sales Executive:

  1. Manage Commercial Vehicle Business Lines IAM sales and distribution network as well as provide necessary service to support customers in the assigned market segments.
  2. Manage sales and distribution network:
    1. a. Manage customers’ commercial relationship;
    2. b. Prepare price quotation;
    3. c. Process and update sales orders to customers;
    4. d. Maintain up-to-date customer service;
    5. e. Customer engagements and relationship management;
    6. f. Sales and portfolio forecast.
  3. Provide service support to customers in the assigned market segments:
    1. Planning with customers to Go To Market with products, technical and marketing information through brochures and online materials;
    2. Visit customers regularly to maintain close working relationship with customers;
    3. Ensure orders fulfillment;
    4. Liaise with Supply Chain department for stock planning delivery matters;
    5. Work closely with Finance department and ensure AR collections per contracted terms;
    6. Liaise with Product Management to develop new products for the aftermarket, and ensure the warranty is processed rapidly and efficiently;
    7. Work closely with Marketing Department to organize sales promotions, marketing activities, technical trainings and seminars;
    8. Provide sales forecast to direct supervisor to facilitate planning process;
    9. Gather feedback on market trends and information, demand and supply, and competitive pricing;
    10. Develop new business opportunities to increase sales and profits.

    Your profile as Sales Executive:

    1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Business Management or equivalent;
    2. At least 2 years of professional experience in the Automotive Aftermarket field;
    3. Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills;
    4. Excellent relationship management skills;
    5. Independent, result-oriented with strong business development sense;
    6. Willing to travel when required;
    7. Knowledge of Microsoft, ERP and Salesforce tools is essential.
