Manage Commercial Vehicle Business Lines IAM sales and distribution network as well as provide necessary service to support customers in the assigned market segments.
Manage sales and distribution network:
a. Manage customers’ commercial relationship;
b. Prepare price quotation;
c. Process and update sales orders to customers;
d. Maintain up-to-date customer service;
e. Customer engagements and relationship management;
f. Sales and portfolio forecast.
Provide service support to customers in the assigned market segments:
Planning with customers to Go To Market with products, technical and marketing information through brochures and online materials;
Visit customers regularly to maintain close working relationship with customers;
Ensure orders fulfillment;
Liaise with Supply Chain department for stock planning delivery matters;
Work closely with Finance department and ensure AR collections per contracted terms;
Liaise with Product Management to develop new products for the aftermarket, and ensure the warranty is processed rapidly and efficiently;
Work closely with Marketing Department to organize sales promotions, marketing activities, technical trainings and seminars;
Provide sales forecast to direct supervisor to facilitate planning process;
Gather feedback on market trends and information, demand and supply, and competitive pricing;
Develop new business opportunities to increase sales and profits.
Your profile as Sales Executive:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Business Management or equivalent;
At least 2 years of professional experience in the Automotive Aftermarket field;
Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills;
Excellent relationship management skills;
Independent, result-oriented with strong business development sense;
Willing to travel when required;
Knowledge of Microsoft, ERP and Salesforce tools is essential.
