Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Zahra Travel Adventure SDN BHD, a leading travel agency specializing in providing exceptional travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating travel business, managing client relationships, and promoting our diverse range of travel services.

CRITERIA:

• Experience in sales in the tourism industry and other related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and negotiate effectively.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for travel.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals.
• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and administrative skills.
• Comfortable in using CRM software, booking systems, and other travel-related technology.
• Proficient in both Malay and English Language.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a target-driven sales environment.
