About the role

Excellent Paint (Tawau) Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join their team in Tawau, Sabah. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for career progression. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Manage and develop relationships with current customers to drive repeat business
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to secure new contracts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales and promotional strategies
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the paint or construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to create and deliver effective sales presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Preferable candidates that can speak the Chinese language
