About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join the dynamic team at Mygro Trading Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the Sibu, Sarawak region. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a leading company in the sales industry and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Arranging and conducting effective sales meetings and presentations with potential clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline information
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Providing timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends
  • Continuously seeking to expand product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the sales industry (Agriculture Sector)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared sales objectives
  • Proficient in using sales-related software and tools to manage customer relationships
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a positive attitude and a passion for sales
