Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer acquisition for our diverse range of services and solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business leads
2. Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements
3. Prepare and present tailored sales proposals that showcase our capabilities and how we can address the client's requirements
4. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
5. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new marketing technologies to provide valuable insights to clients

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of successfully selling professional services or marketing solutions, preferably in the B2B space
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different client profiles
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric mindset
4. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
5. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
6. Willing to be based in Central or North, able to travel outstation
