Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence in ELV, Digital Solutions and telecommunication sectors.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities with property developers, M&E consultant, infrastructure firms, government agencies, and other potential clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, draft proposals, and prepare competitive quotations for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to optimize sales strategies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within telecommunications, ELV, or fiber optic solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding of networking, fiber optics, and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
