Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Executive to join our team at Intraco Hardware (M) Sdn Bhd. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships
• Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients
• Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the growth and development of the business

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the hardware or construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to use CRM software
• A driven and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for sales
