Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual passionate about sales and marketing in the fishing tackle industry? We seek a highly motivated Portfolio Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth for our portfolio. If you have a proven sales and digital marketing track record and a deep understanding of the fishing tackle industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients within the designated area.
• Identify and pursue leads for customer service, follow up on inquiries, and finalize deals.
• Build strong relationships both internally and externally to enhance the overall team's effectiveness and performance.
• Implement brand and promotional strategies.
• Provide personalized and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• The candidate must possess an SPM/STPM or Diploma/Adv. Diploma or Bachelor Degree or other equivalents.
• A minimum of three years of working sales experience in the related field is necessary.
• Applicants must be willing to travel domestically.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Proven track record of customer service skills, results/performance orientation, and the ability to prioritize time.
• Good knowledge of fishing will be preferable.
